Ewan McGregor and his family have adopted a four-year-old girl from Mongolia. McGregor and his wife, Eve Mavrakis, have two biological daughters, Esther, four and Clara, one.
McGregor's rep said, "I can confirm Ewan McGregor and his wife Eve Mavrakis have adopted a girl, but cannot comment further." So who's next?

Hollywood is saving the third world, one baby at a time.
Its from his BMW bike ride around the world when he visited sites in Mongolia. At least he is respectable.
He is respectable. He does not allow photos to be taken of his children at all. So at least you know he is not doing it just to have the latest accessory.
it's not celebrities just started to adopt.
Before Jolie, there were many who adopted including Michelle Pfeiffer, George Lucas, Steven Speilberg, etc.
